He would always talk in double meaning, trying to touch inappropriately, purposely assigning work that extends working hours, teasing, asking very personal questions, bullying, targeting etc. Had to change the job which I liked a lot. Because there was no means to take action against them

The managers of my organization were all men. They would not let me speak my concerns. Whenever I raised any discomfort, they would tell me I was overthinking or overreacting. When I had a harassment complaint, they said this all happens and how this is how it is. When the same thing happened multiple times, it killed my enthusiasm. Even though I was successful in the position, all the gaslighting, mansplaining, and being overlooked due to my age and sex... forced me to quit.

He was a homophobe, misogynist, creep, chauvinist and womanizer. Used to force us to share personal photos, flirt that made us uncomfortable (would humiliate us in office GC under the pretense of poor work performance if we ignored his texts), fired an employee cause he assumed she was a lesbian, overworked us yet took credit of our hard work, refused to give us sick leaves, spread rumors about employees to create disturbances, stalked our social media accounts, called us without any reason just to chat then scolded us, etc. Still traumatized (being the founder, he made sure there was no HR department)
